Something is broken here, the app no longer sends notifications when set. And there's no record of notification history for the longest time.
Superbly nonsense app and rubbish from Asus. Had tried everything that's needed and the Apps can detect the HG100 GATEWAY. Don't buy smarthome from Asus.
My app is totally locked. Below is my step to reproduce this issue. It always happen. Whether I reboot the device or reinstall the app. 1.I bought HG100 and download this app . I use Asus ac88u as my upper router. Connect HG100 to ac88u with ether wire. And link my cellphone to ac88u 2.4G wifi 2.I launch this app After I choose my device and input the device password A update window jump out mandatory, Only a update button is available, 3.the app will stuck in the update status after I press the button. I already call the Asus tech service ,but they Didn't fixed my question.only tell me that my phone is not close to device. However my phone is just between my upper router within 10cm. Please help me fixed it okay?
